System of tariffs for water in the conditions of market economy

In this paper, the main theoretical and practical aspects of tariff formation in monopoly enterprises in the sphere of housing and communal services are presented. The main attention is paid to the consideration of the tariff system for water in a market economy. In the framework of this study, the authors identified the main shortcomings of the existing charging system and proposed a number of directions for its improvement.
