Public service management system as a factor of public administration efficiency in modern Russia

The article attempts to characterize the public service management system in modern Russia. For the qualitative characteristics of the management object, the author at the beginning of the article reveals the system of public service. Further, the objectives of the management of the public service system are characterized, as well as the main types of public service management are disclosed. It is stated that the management of public service in the subjects of the Russian Federation has its own specifics. It is concluded that a fairly important factor in the effectiveness of public administration is the system of interaction between the federal and regional levels of public service.
