System of water and heat supply of technological processes of cattle

The article reveals the structure of technological processes for servicing cattle. Their classification by technological orientation is considered, where all processes are divided into basic and auxiliary purposes. Attention is focused on the process of heat supply as a basic one, which helps to ensure the quality of most of the technological processes of workover maintenance. This article reveals the relationship between three technological processes and the process of their water and heat supply. Three technological processes include the following processes: auto-drinking of cattle, processing of the udder of cows before milking and processing of the skin of livestock. For each of the technological processes, their low efficiency is indicated in the preparation of water for its use as a food product and as a heat agent. To eliminate these shortcomings, a technical and technological scheme of water and heat supply of these technological processes is proposed. The article provides a technical, technological and constructive solution, a description of the principle of its operation. Provides normative technological and zootechnical data, which form the basis for the development of this system. In accordance with the constructive solution of the proposed system, the question of substantiating the parameters of its basic elements (storage tank, sections) is disclosed. The staged results of studies on the nature of water withdrawal by animals are presented, which form the basis for calculating the capacitive indicators of individual sections of the storage tank. The structure of the calculated dependence and the values of its components is revealed. When considering the process of providing heat to technological processes, taking into account the standard temperature parameters, to justify the power of the heater, the process of heating water in the subsystem «heat-generating device - a section for water for washing the udder of cows» is analyzed. Since this section is a source of heat for other technological processes. To substantiate the power of the heater of a heat-generating device, a calculation formula with a decoding of its structu-ral components is recommended. Conclusions are formulated based on the presented materials.
