System of high-precision measurement of electric energy parameters

The article describes the system of high-precision measurement of electric energy parameters. The block scheme of the device and algorithm of its work are presented. The selection of the primary device elements is held: analog-to-digital converter, microcontroller and interface converter. Also the article gives the algorithm of a PC operation and description of digital filtering conducted by PC.
