Tula region’ health care system in the late 1930's

This paper has brought to light advancement in health care practices at the Tula region of the late 1930-ies. The study has shown progress and hardships incurred to urban and rural health care practices, vocational training for, operation of medical emergency stations, The obstetrics structure has been considered, too. Tula Region may introduce a range of outstanding physicians. The paper demonstrated that, despite hardships, an efficient health care structure operated at the Tula region.
