The regularity of beating in the composition of the torture of women whom the perpetrator knows to be pregnant (paragraph "C" part 2 st. 117 of the Criminal Code)

In the article the author considers the evaluation feature - "systematic" beatings as a part of torture of a woman known to the perpetrator who is in a state of pregnancy. The paper also analyzes various theoretical approaches to the problem and judicial practice. The author defines the term "systematic".
