The systematization of factors of entrepreneurial potential formation at construction enterprises

The author presents an original classification of factors supporting the entrepreneurial potential of a construction enterprise, which is a categorization according to common features. It allows to define deep reasons of changes of the phenomena and processes in the construction industry, to assess the place and the role of every factor in formation of the main performances of the investment construction activities of the organizations, as well as to associate the specific factors with the resolution of correspondent tasks of the construction production.
