Systematization of problems in taxation of property

In the article the problems of one of the leading regional directions of the subjects of the Russian Federation are considered - the property tax of organizations. This tax is one of the most problematic for the regions, so today there are many unsolved problems affecting the procedure for calculating and paying this tax, as well as its approval and changes from federal and regional analysis. In addition to problems, it is possible to include the use of tax benefits, errors related to the accounting of taxable property and the presentation of a tax return.
