The system perspective valuation of enterprise on the basis of modelling

The necessity of the optimization model use in the sphere of functioning of an industrial subject of management is proved in the article. The use of the model is oriented toward taking perspective decisions. The data of the specific industry show that the use of the optimization model allows to make a system valuation of the influence of different organizational and economical steps on the criteria of the enterprise optimization activity.
