Systemic component of legal mechanisms

Introduction: the author analyses doctrinal approaches to the definition “legal mechanisms” developed by legal theory, finds the lack of a uniform approach in the study of the analyzed concept using such methodologies as systemic, axiological, phenomenological which has a negative impact on the field and theory-legal studies. The field of legal studies, as it is currently understood, is marked by a structural and functional approach to investigating legal phenomena, legal conditions, and legal elaboration. This approach has not focused on the phenomena under study as coherent in view of the nature of the connections between structural elements, which defines qualitative indicators of legal mechanisms in particular.
