The systems genetics approach to the study of public organization of a territory

The article outlines some approaches to the study of the socio-economic process of public organization of a territory. The real need for a process-time approach is substantiated. The methodology of calculating the cost analysis of absolute and relative showings of territory development is suggested. Based on the temporal relation of the processes of developing and exploitation within the territory, the main types of the territory development and phenomena of territory exploitation are considered. The authors discuss the trends of functional types of development of the public organization of the territory. The paper defines the main aspects of the systems genetics approach to the analysis of the dynamics of the main forms of organization of activities in the system of public organization of the territory.
