Systemic and structural approach to the analysis and the development of the professionally important qualities

The article gives theoretical and experimental substantiation of transformation of the level-based psychological models into the penta-basis and the prospects of its use in the evaluation of professionally important qualities. The author defines the content of the systemic and structural approach, reviews correlation between such concepts as quality, professional quality and ability.
