System management of the development of the manufacturing industry in the conditions of digitization and technological modernization

The article develops the concept of system management, substantiates the need for its application in Russian industrial enterprises of the manufacturing sector during periods of transformation, instability, instability. It is shown that the quality of management of industrial enterprises in the context of digitalization and modernization is determined by the ability of management to ensure the achievement of strategic goals based on the development of breakthrough technologies. It is shown that overcoming critical import dependence in the high-tech industry is an important task, the solution of which requires the mobilization of collective efforts in the field of scientific and technological development. The relevance of the study is due to the lack of a systematic concept of industrial development management during periods of transformation and technological modernization. The article substantiates the expediency of the application of the concept of system management in changing environmental conditions during periods of global change and transformation.
