The work from the point of view of systemic analysis considers the mechanism of functioning of structural organization of industrial corporations taking into account the peculiarities of their activities in modern economic conditions, identifies structural levels and structural contradictions in the process of production and economic activity. The resolution of structural contradictions is aimed at improving the efficiency of activities and ensuring the creation of modern domestic products. Production and economic activities of industrial corporations are considered in the context of scientific and technical, production and technological, socio-economic, organizational and economic, institutional structures having a complex structure and interacting with a large number of direct and reverse links. The selected structures were synthesized, which made it possible to determine the hierarchical relations of strata, describe the structural organization of industrial corporations and, on its basis, propose highlighting the contours of interaction and the hierarchy of relations between the contours. The work uses methods: stratified representation, analysis and synthesis of complex socio-economic systems. The result of the work is a model of the mechanism of functioning of the structural organization of industrial corporations that allows you to determine the purpose of functioning, diagnose the structural organization, build an economic and mathematical model of the structural organization and highlight structural contradictions. The application of this model will enhance the effectiveness of integrated analysis of the activities of industrial corporations in order to achieve the goals of their functioning.
