In the current conditions, it is relevant to develop a systematic approach to improving the health status and forming a healthy lifestyle among different socio-professional groups of the population, taking into account the complex of socio-hygienic factors that shape the health status. In this regard, it is a priority to develop a systematic approach to forming a healthy lifestyle among employees of the state administration apparatus (civil servants) based on the specific professional socio-hygienic factors of the work activity of this group of the population. This article discusses the main directions of a systematic approach to the formation of a healthy lifestyle, which involves the elimination of negative factors and their ranking based on their significance. Based on the data obtained, it can be noted that there is a significant potential for improving the health of this socio-professional group. The main mechanisms for realizing this potential include the formation of healthy lifestyle attitudes among them, the creation of more favorable emotional working conditions, and the standardization of working hours. It has been shown that at the level of the medical care system, there can be an effective implementation of a systematic approach to the introduction of lifestyle standards for target groups of employees in the public administration. The importance of developing and implementing this systematic approach is highlighted, as it should help to mitigate the negative effects on the health of civil servants and promote a healthy lifestyle among this specific professional group. The developed system model aimed at improving the health of civil servants will help to reduce the incidence of diseases, increase the length of life expectancy, and increase personal interest in maintaining the health of this social and professional group.
