A systematic approach to understanding the legal nature, essence and legal regulation of private detective activity (part 2)

The article examines the problems of the current legislation in the field of professional detective activity and private detective activity and proposes ways to solve them. Justified the need for a general federal law on professional detective activities, a separate federal law "On private detective activities", amendments to other federal laws, and also supported the idea of the expediency of the formation of a new branch of law - detective law as a timely response of the state to the need to streamline the existing detective legal relations.
