The system approach to the efficiency improvement of social reproduction

The article deals with the improvement of social reproduction efficiency. The author presents reference-points for building the mechanism of growing reproduction dynamics, describes level dependences which are in the basis of the social capital growth. According to the author's opinion, revision of existing rules of economic policy toward predominant role of a society will result in development of internal and external economic terms, in which the process of production, institutional and social activities will be aimed at implementation of interests of citizens, economic entities and the state in general.
