System approach to the development strategy of the university

Article is devoted to questions of development of strategy of higher education institution with the use of system approach. Relevance of questions of strategic management at the present stage of development of economy is designated. The concepts "strategy" and "strategic management" in relation to the educational organization are considered. For statement of strategic objectives of the educational organizations, it is offered to use the methods of the system analysis assuming definition of the global purpose, and its consecutive decomposition on separate components until quite clear and realized fragments turn out. Use of system approach allows to provide completeness and complexity of the developed strategic objectives of the educational organization.
