The systematic approach to study the ethnic musical culture

The ethnic musical culture is considered as the whole, on the basis of dialectical unity of «ethnic» (local) and «world» (global), interaction of ethnic cultures. The structure includes «nucleus», «elements» and «protecting belt». «The nucleus» consists of mentality and intonation. «Protecting belt» is represented by the ways of transferring and saving of information, by specific features of creation and performance of musical compositions, by level of skill of performer- interpreter. The factors of development of ethnic mentality also remain as the leading in the process of formation and development of its musical culture.
