In article the basic concepts of intellectual property reveal, the characteristic of its objects is given. The special attention is given the organization of scientific and scientific and technical activity in market conditions. The essence and the maintenance of management by innovative activity in scientific and technical sphere are analyzed. Principles of commercialization of the highly technological goods and the factors influencing efficiency of this work are considered.
