System genesis of reflexive mechanism of independent managerial decisions

The article deals with the fundamental function of philosophic reflection in process of formation of independent managerial decisions mechanism. The analysis is carried out by means of ontological, gnoseological, methodological approaches as well as in the context of culture genesis.
