Wide utilization of underground spaces continues to gather momentum in the big cities. Underground constructions, such as integrated parking spaces are high consequence areas. Meeting fire safety requirements is the main and one of the most complicated problems being solved during this type of construction. The perspective of using jet fans in smoke extraction systems, their main advantages and drawbacks are analyzed in this article.
