Post-criminal situations and their classification

The article deals with the relationship of activity and situational approach in the definition of «activity» and «behavior» for criminalistics. The conditions of cognition of post-criminal situations in criminology are presented. Post-criminal situations are considered in two aspects: in theory-as a forensic concept (used for the purpose of typing, classification and abstraction); in practice - as a specific life situation that arose after the crime. This article deals with the provisions of scientific character about the conditions of cognition of situations of the post-criminal period, the content of the concept of post-criminal situation, classification of post-criminal situations. On the basis of the conducted research the classification and concept of post-criminal situations are presented. Situations of the post-criminal period are classified by us on the following bases: on typical character (concealment of crimes and (or) counteraction to investigation; assistance to disclosure and investigation of crimes; episodic character; latent crimes; crimes committed in the conditions of post-counter); level: General (at the time of occurrence; the degree of favorability; duration); private (intent; the nature of the relationship between the participants; openness; respect of the place of Commission of the offence; the results of the activity).
