Scandal as it is (the review of the monograph of A.V. Dmitriev and A.A. Sichev «Scandal. Socio-philosophy essays»)

The presented publication is a review of the monograph about socio- philosophical content of such a social phenomenon as scandal. It estimates the scientific level of the analysis of scandals and complex methodology of their study. It states general theoretical approaches in the sphere of socio-philosophical knowledge of different manifestations of scandal. It describes forms and contents of scandal and its conflictological essence. A number of examples of scandals in the sphere of politics, philosophy, and science are presented.
