Scratch-testing of biocompatible titanium-carbon samples - prototypes of implants

Бесплатный доступ

By method of sclerometry it was investigated the wear of titanic surfaces of BT1-0 alloy with besieged carbon nanostructural elements. Results of tests at the accruing loading from 1 to 20 N at sclerometry by diamond indentor and at constant loads of 1, 5 and 10 N at scratching indentory of carbon - carbon composite material are shown. It is established that at tests for wear there is a partial destruction carbon - carbon composite material and its sticking to a titanic sample, and intensity of wear carbon - carbon composite material on sandblast processed samples in exceeds wear in pare carbon - carbon composite material - the oxidized titanium.
