Prostate cancer screening based on multivariant analysis

This research describes a retrospective comparative analysis of risk factors for prostate cancer in 122 men. The following indicators were analyzed: age, weight, harmful habits, testosterone level, prostate-specific antigen level (PSA), comorbidities, blood group, Rh factor, digital rectal examination, the results of the prostate ultrasonography. Using statistical analysis, we discovered correlation relationships between risk factors complex and precision of diffe- rential diagnosis of prostate cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia. The most informative signs among all are inflam- matory diseases of the kidneys and bladder, increase in blood PSA level, blood group, overweight of a patient.
