On the basis of RT-PCR (reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction) the authors developed available method for determination of raspberry bushy stunt virus (RBSV) and tested by this method RBSV in raspberry of the Heracles, Nadezhnaya, Bryanskaya Yubileinaya, Kalashnik and Zolotye Kupola raspberry varieties and № 13-39-11, № 2-205-1 A, № 3-72-2, № 1-220-1, № 16-136-6, № 8-79-2 genotypes. This method permits to reveal the virus in field material (in plant tissues at the various periods of year development cycle) and in vitro (on cultivation stages in test-tube and subsequent acclimatization). The virus was detected in all plants with infection symptoms, in plants without external manifestation of infection and also in seedlings and plant clones reproducing in the culture in vitro. 123
