End-to-end technologies as a driver of technological sovereignty of Russian oil and gas companies

This article examines the role of end-to-end digital and technological solutions in ensuring the technological sovereignty of the oil and gas complex of the Russian Federation. Based on the analysis of corporate reporting by leading companies in the industry (Gazprom, Rosneft, Gazprom Neft, Novatek) and strategic documents at the federal level, an integral indicator of technological sovereignty Iₜₛ has been developed, considering the level of technological maturity, the share of localization and the strategic importance of technology. The paper presents the author's approach to assessing the dependence of technological sustainability of enterprises on the level of internal innovation potential and the degree of import substitution. The priority directions of the development of domestic technological solutions in the field of digitalization, automation of production processes and energy efficiency as key factors for achieving sustainable technological sovereignty of the Russian Federation are substantiated.
