This article examines the features of mergers and acquisitions of TNCs in the consumer sector in the context of digitalization. Factors influencing the interest of consumer sector TNCs in acquiring firms with digital competencies have been identified. Changes in the strategies of mergers and acquisitions of TNCs in the consumer sector have been identified. The features of the largest transactions for the acquisition of companies with digital competencies, implemented by TNCs in the consumer sector, are considered.
