Word-building patterns of the Russian verb in the functional aspect (based on eulogistic words of Pheophan Prokopovich)

The article is devoted to a complex analysis of word-building patterns of synonymic prefixed Russian verbs. The author states that the specifics of verb-building pattern functioning in the text depends not only on its genre and stylistic parameters but also on semantic peculiarities of wordbuilding components in the structure of the verb.
