Criminal-legal characteristics of transport crimes

This article is devoted to the analysis of the criminal-legal characteristics of transport crimes, which in recent years have become increasingly relevant in the context of increasing traffic volumes. The article examines the main types of transport crimes, their legal nature, as well as the proposed measures for criminal-legal and social prevention. Particular attention is paid to the study of the relevant articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation concerning this category of crimes. Ways to improve criminal legislation aimed at combating transport crimes and reducing their negative impact on society are proposed.
