Complex issues of definition of the subject of criminal turnover of special technical means intended for secret obtaining of information

Criminal-legal regulation of the turnover of special technical means for secret information in modern conditions is becoming increasingly important. At the same time, the specified sphere of public relations needs legislative improvement. The question of the definition of the subject of the crime still remains open. This article analyzes the current legislation that reveals the signs of the subject of the crime under article 138.1 of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation.
