Rumours-frightened also their social consequences in modern Russia

Rumours, despite of development of mass-media in a modern society, keep the influence in communication systems, due to ability to influence consciousness and behaviour of people. Rumours- frightened represent special danger to stable existence of a society, because it have dangerous social consequences. It was once again proved with events of 2007-2009 when the population of some regions has undergone to a panic as a result of circulation rumours - frightened.
