In the situation when national borders are negated, the meaning of factors of space and time in the process of communication is decreasing, the informative overloading of people is observed, there is the rubbishing of their consciousness by the irrelevant information, the rumours are surviving the epoch of "he second birth" The progress of communicative technologies has not only stopped the moving of rumours, but on the opposite, it gave them new possibilities for the influence on the audience.
