Employment service: formation and optimization of functioning

Problems of functioning of state employment service in the conditions of its administrative reforming are considered in the article. The reform means the adoption of administrative regulations in rendering services by employment centres to population as well as delegation of authorities in the sphere of employment to the regions. Proposals for further development of employment service are made.
