The article deals with the verbal means of laughter perlocutionary effect achieving as an effective way of collective recipient manipulation. Humour and laughing phenomena are analyzed from ethological point of view as genetically conditioned mechanisms which create potentially productive manipulation targets in the sphere of political discourse.
