The change of ethno-political priorities of power in the management processes (Soviet experience and Russian practice)

The article analyzes the change of ethno-political priorities of power in the management process. Ethno-political conjuncture is an important aspect of the characteristics of power. The nature and style of management in a heterogeneous society depends on the type of society and polity. Changes of ethno-political priorities are associated with the change and evolution of the power. The analysis of the change of ethno-political priorities becomes relevant in today's political discourse, as traditional approaches in solving the problems of national relations have lost their effectiveness. Overcoming of national isolation, trusting relationships between the nations living in the country are the tasks of the government and Russian society.
