The main essential characteristics of the information society are the provisions, when information becomes the main resource of social control. However, models of interaction between authorities and mass media in Russia is not limited to a change of mediately in the course of historical development of the state as a whole. Equally important today is the study of the regional megamodule as the place and role of the media in various parts of the country are not the same.
