The use of social media marketing (SMM) is an actual direction of the marketing policy of a modern company. The article discusses the importance of using social networks (VKontakte, Odnoklassniki, Telegram, TenChat) and SMM tools in business promotion. The general features of the implemented marketing strategies in social networks are highlighted. Based on the conducted research, the advantages of business development in social networks using SMM tools are formulated.
