Reduction of costs of development of institutional structures of local self-government in the innovative economy

Currently, one of the most important prerequisites for enhancing innovative business activity and the formation of a full-fledged innovative economy is the activation of the activities of the authorities at the subfederal and municipal levels. In this connection, a special role is played by the problem of institutional reforms at the municipal level and, as a consequence, the reduction and release of additional budget funds to support innovative sectors of the economy.
