Reduction of radiation exposure on patients with cardiovascular diseases undergoing roentgen-endovascular interventions with using improved methodology

The optimal method of roentgen-endovascular intervention was justified on the basis of comparative analysis of the results of regular and improved percutaneous coronary intervention methodologies in treatment of ischemic heart disease (IHD). Special attention was paid to the question of selective method of coronary angiography improvement’s influence on complication reduction and increasing degree of radiation safety in treatment patients with IHD.
