Reducing cost of production and provision of time of working out of manufacture of equipment, when conducting a degrading purchase of element base, for equipment for equipment

In the submitted article are considered ways of ensuring terms of work performance on production of the equipment and decrease in first cost of the completing elements due to actualization of anticipatory purchase. This topic is relevant while there are more and more cases of failure or postponement of performance of State Defense Order and FTE, and also the costs of these works are quite high. For ensuring terms of performance of work and decrease of prime cost authors of the article propose creation of the centralized strategic stocks of passive elements and carrying out their unified certification; purchasing directly from manufacturing factories and carrying out uniform tests of element base; implementation of anticipatory purchase of element base. The offered measures will allow to reduce product cost and to make sure that the manufacturing of apparatus is carried out according to established terms.
