Gathering of electronic evidence, placed in the Internet

The article deals with the issues of gathering of «electronic evidence», a definition of «electronic evidence» is proposed. On the basis of legally significant features the author proposed additions to the legislative regulation of withdrawal of digital data and an algorithm for the proceedings of clamping the electronic information contained in the Internet.
