Compliance with labor discipline as one of the elements of the employee's obligation

The article examines the importance of internal labor regulations in ensuring labor discipline in modern conditions, in particular, what aspects of labor activity they regulate. The main methods of ensuring labor and production discipline have been established, which consist in ensuring organizational and economic working conditions, the use of incentive measures, as well as the application of disciplinary and social pressure. The article also reveals the types of disciplinary offenses of employees and methods of responding to them.
