Compliance to limits of investigation in criminal cases as a condition for realization of the right to fair trial

The article discusses the relationship outside of the criminal trial by a generally recognized principle, which guarantees everyone the right to a fair trial. The author substantiates the idea that this relationship being realized indirectly, i.e. through the adversarial principle.
