Equity as the basis of financial activity of the enterprise

Capital, assets and liabilities, income and expenses are elements of the financial statements of any domestic organization. The equity of the enterprise and borrowed funds form the total capital of the enterprise. So International Financial Reporting Standards designate equity as a net asset.
