Eventness in structure of the poem “contemporaneity” by N. Gumilev (to the question about acmeistic reception of antiquity)

Specificity of lyrical eventness in the poem “Contemporaneity” (1911) by N. Gumilev is examined in the present article. Analysis of this text exposes that event-trigger autopositing of lyrical “The Self” is realized by means of actualization of two antique codes (Homeric and Longus) within unified narrative structure. Antiquity in perception of lyrical subject becomes mode of finding of existential integrity and marks authentic event of human being in the artistic universe of the present poem.
