We analyze social and phsycological factors involved in the formation of professional stress among the migrants to Russian Federation (Moscow Region) from Republics of Middle Asia. We also studied the causes of sexual assaults to women-migrants and women-residents of Moscow Region. Stages of the formation of the professional stress are related to the intensity of psychoemotional component of labour. We suggest general measures, which should be followed to prevent the stress among migrants.
