Combined traumatic brain injury, methods of surgical treatment of intracerebral hematomas

The guidelines highlight the treatment of craniocerebral injuries, algorithms for diagnosis and treatment, modern aspects of the pathogenesis of secondary damaging factors. The authors propose the use of new methods of surgical treatment, depending on the genesis of brain damage in concomitant traumatic brain injury, taking into account the severity and nature of the primary and secondary brain damage. In addition, many international recommendations, diagnostic and emergency care algorithms are adapted to existing standards and protocols.
