Socialist competition as an element of employee motivation in the era of "stagnation" (on the example of enterprises in Chelyabinsk)

The article examines the influence of socialist competition on the motivation of workers using the example of the Chelyabinsk Tractor Plant and the Chelyabinsk Electrolytic-Zinc Plant. The author concludes that the incentives presented to the participants in the competition were insufficient, and the attitude towards him was formal at all levels.
